Whatever you have in mind
No catalogue, no tiers to choose from. Every commission starts from a blank sheet, and these are the kind of builds that come out of it.
Showpiece builds
Open-air frames, unusual cases, builds made to be looked at. If you can picture it, we will tell you straight whether it can be done.

How a commission works
From a chat to your desk
Five steps, no surprises. You know what is going in and what it costs before a single part is ordered.

The consultation
A proper conversation, in the shop or by email. What you play and at what resolution, whether you stream or create, how loud it can be, how it should look, and what you want to spend.

The spec
A written build sheet with every part named, from the graphics card down to the fittings and cables. You can check every line against anywhere you like.

The build
Built by hand in the shop. Cable runs planned, tubing cut and bent to fit, nothing rushed to hit a quota.

Testing
Water-cooled builds are leak tested before any power goes near them. Then stress tests, temperatures checked, drivers and BIOS set up properly.

Handover
You collect it from the person who built it, who walks you through what is inside and how to look after it.
Tested like it matters
Nothing leaves untested
A build at this level deserves more than a quick boot and a thumbs up. Loops are pressure tested dry before coolant goes in. Every build is stress tested, temperatures and noise checked, and set up so it is ready to play the day you collect it.

Commissions, answered
How much does a commissioned PC cost?
It depends on the parts and the work involved, and a custom water-cooled build is a different job from an air-cooled one. You get a full spec with every part named, and the price, before you commit to anything.
How long does a build take?
It depends on parts and on how involved the build is. You get a date with the spec, and we call you when it is ready.
Do you do custom water cooling?
Yes. Hardline or soft tubing, custom loops for the processor and graphics card, distro plates and reservoirs. Every loop is pressure tested before it is filled and powered.
Can I choose the parts myself?
Yes. Bring a parts list, or a build you have seen and liked. We check it all fits and works together, tell you honestly if anything is a waste of money, then build it.
What about warranty?
We explain the warranty on your build with the spec, so you know who covers what before you pay.
Do you upgrade PCs you did not build?
Yes. Bring it in, tell us what you want from it, and we will tell you which upgrade is worth it before doing any work.
